The property was great, amazing buffet, clean pool, close walk to the beach and dining. We were with my kids and senior parents and they all loved it.

The hotel is in the best location, closer to the centre and very close to the beach . The only fault I could mentioned was the showers need replacement and more maintenance .

Außen "UI" innen "PFUI". Es ist nicht einmal ansatzweise 4 Sterne Niveau. Sauberkeit eine Katastrophe. Der Pool, was nicht wirklich interessiert, ist eigentlich ein Planschbecken. Frühstück so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Sehr laut und hellhörig. Über den Zimmern ist der Frühstücksraum, was zwangsweise nicht zum ausschlafen einlädt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind es 5 Minuten.

We definitely recommend this hotel! The personnel was lovely, it was just 5 minutes away from the beach and from the village centre, breakfast was delicious!

Greek hospitality at its best!

Petit hôtel familial à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et du centre du village. Le personnel est exceptionnel et fait tout son possible pour assurer un séjour de rêve et sans stress. Nous avons pu compter sur eux pour toute sorte de services, de la réservation de taxis ou coiffeur jusqu’à la réalisation des tests PCR pour les enfants avant notre retour. Notre chambre familiale était spacieuse et bien décorée, seul défaut un manque de luminosité dû à sa localisation au rez-de-chaussée sur le côté du bâtiment. Juste à côté de l’hôtel il y a deux supermarchés, une boulangerie et plein de restaurants et café. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner en terrasse sur le toit, un vrai délice!

Nice boutique hotel

Nice modern hotel with comfortable pool and chic setting. Hotel was quiet due to COVID with breakfasts (eggs & yogurt) served in rooms. Very conveniently located in town within walking distance of main beach in Haniotis. On street parking also handy. Great option for the price. Would stay again.

I can absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone. Especially to families with children. The beach, supermarkets (open until 12am), pharmacies, playhalls for children, a hair dresser and many restaurants are nearby. Hanioti itself and the surrounding smaller cities are not really pretty and very much focused on tourists. We rented a car and spent our last three evenings at Afytos, a beautiful city 20minutes from Hanioti. Neikos Mediterraneo is perfect to stay at and get around with the car.

Pro: New and lovely hotel near the beach. Con: Settling bill during checkout in the morning was an issue. Surprisingly, the young lady at reception said that we had to pay in cash because they don't have a credit card machine. Unclear whether it was actually due to a technical/mechanical issue or whether they didn't have a machine. She wasn't able to articulate clearly what the issue was other than that we had to pay in cash. So, be sure to have sufficient euros on you just in case.

erster blick supper, 2ter blick verbesserungswürdig, jeden tag um halb 6 kommt ein müllauto, welches sehr laut ist und dich aus dem schlaf reißt, putzfrau hat nie die gläser ausgetauscht sondern nur abgespült (aufenthalt von über einer woche) und mehrmals die handtücher entfernt aber nicht nachgefüllt, frühstück gut, personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, zentral, parkplatz findet man innerhalb von 50m entfernung auf der straße (sogar in der hauptsaison), preis leistung gut, idealer ort um kassandra mit dem mietauto zu erkunden

Wunderschönes Hotel für ruhigen Urlaub. Beachbars und Restaurants mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Putzkraft etwas aufdringlich, es wurde teilweise geklopft um sauber machen zu können, allerdings im Urlaub mit einem Augenzwinkern gerade noch akzeptabel.

Posizione ottima vicino alla spiaggia , raggiungibile a piedi in 5 min. Lo staff molto gentile e ti fanno sentire come se fossi a casa. Piscina pulita e aperta fino alle 21:00.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Minuspunkten

Tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmer. Alles war sauber und das Personal lieb. Leider fanden wir die Umgebung nicht ganz so schön. In der Anzeige ist die Rede von Parkplätzen, diese gibt es nicht oder weiter weg gegen Geld. Man kann an der Straße parken. Der Pool ist sehr klein. Sonnenliegen gibt es vom Hotel auch nicht. Man kann sie am Strand direkt mieten. Sie geben sich beim Frühstück Mühe aber Kaffee und Saft sind schlecht. Wir haben uns dann an der Bar richtigen gekauft. Der Ort und die Umgebung ist eher laut, bunt und voll. Ich würde ungern meinen ganzen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Es gibt keine Parkplätze, obwohl auf Webseite steht mit eigenem Parkplatz. Insgesamt sehr sauber, gut Klimatisiert. Frühstück war ok aber nicht Perfekt. Vor allem richtige Café muss extra bestellt werden. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden

Any small issues were dealt with very quickly. The staff were extrely polite and helpfull and the accommodation was very clean and of a high quality. Breakfast was very good and served on a roof terrace with views of the sea. Location was also ideal, close to the beach, local supermarkets and the busy town centre, but not too close. We would definately visit again.
