Terrible service. Waiting to check in without anyone being around. That was at 6 pm. We had to find the owner to call to give us the keys. Yes, they had sent instructions via WhatsApp how to find they keys, but they have to also think of customers who are foreign, don’t have access to internet all the time, or no battery on the phone and leave someone around the building to help people access the room the paid. Terrible customer service. Very unfriendly.

Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet sobald ich etwas gebraucht habe, kam sofort eine Antwort. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wenn ich wieder in diesem Ort bin, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

heel vriendelijk onthaal, kamer was nog niet klaar want we waren in de voormiddag aangekomen. Kregen een drankje en alle info al aangeboden. Konden dankzij de vriendelijke receptioniste meteen aan de Meteora beginnen
