"The location was great, walked, safety , it would have been nice the leave our stuff there early so we can explore the town. They were hesitant on getting back to us so we could leave our stuff there even though I know the room wasn’t ready. They could at least say yes leave your stuff there . We’ll put it to the room once it! Until further on they told us that which we lost half a day! I expect more Communication and understanding that people come for far away for them to act like this! "The staff was awesome two things i recommend they should offer golf cart ride to the spa which is 300 meters a way from the hotel after a relaxing treatment no one wants to walk up a hill in the hot sun back to the hotel and the outside of the spa needs to be landscape to a more zen setting it looks like an abandoned fishing cabin "
