"We chose this place so we could park in the free spacious parking lot and take cabs to/from downtown and avoid driving in the city. For this we paid less for hotels than if staying downtown, and put that money into the cab rides. It evened out. The cab rides are 12-15 Euro. "We've been traveling for weeks now and had 3 nights in A Coruna at the Doubletree. Best stay we've had the entire trip! The room was beautifully decorated and quiet which is a must for us. The motorized black out curtains were a pleasant surprise and very effective. The gratis mini bar was well stocked and maintained. The only complaint is the onsite parking. Wow is that tight! I believe we were supposed to let a valet park for us but that was not communicated and only discovered after reading reviews on other sites. Regardless, we'll stay here again when we visit."
