Cleanliness, definitely needed attention. We moved the couch and found dirt, debris and other things underneath the couch…. Disgusting, contacted owner, they offered 50.00 reimbursement. I felt that was not appropriate for us considering we had to clean before even unpacking. Spoke with agency, they compensated us for the inconvenience, just thought it was unprofessional for owners to think that 50.00 was suitable for such an inconvenience. Pictures of home online is nice, but property needs a lot of attention in several areas to meet the online pictures. To be honest this could definitely be a nice property to spend time in. "
