"Clean, close to the beach"

"Fantastic family stay. We had a Grand Suite (Thani Wing) and the view was perfect. Nice big room for 2 adults and a child, though because the childs bed was in the living room area, we could have used an extra chair or seating option. Close to all pools and the beach. House keeping team were great. Excellent breakfast options in a clean environment. The hotel restaurants were quite a bit more expensive than the ones outside the complex, without much difference in the food. Excellent bars in the hotel. Happy hour at the Coconut Bar was 5.30 - 7 each day and included some fantastic sunsets. Variety of pools were brilliant. New kids pools across the road were fun and included a lazy river, as well as 4 slides and wave pool. Great location. 5 minutes from Kata Beach, 10 from Karon, 25 from Patong. Will return when we next visit Phuket."

"The place was amazing - only hang up was the price for drinks. 1 Thai massage for an hour is 300b - 1 hard drink 280b. Never bought a drink. This place is perfectly placed. Rented a moped across the street. No issues - no hang ups. Recommend - Breakfast was good but $9 usd ouch"

"Close vicinity to the Nai Harn Beach with hourly shuttle to the beach. Rooms are clean and bright. Staff always happy and smiling. Over 06 swimming pools never had problem to find pool chairs. Swim up bar serving various drinks. Excellent options in Breakfast buffet."

"I cannot recommend Kata Rocks highly enough. Travelled there with my daughter and we had a two bedroom sky villa. From start to end the villa was kept clean and immaculate by the staff. The minibar was always stocked and as many towels as you could ask for. Strong air conditioning in every room and the pool area was super comfortable. The view is unbeatable and the location was perfect. It really was not an issue with having to take a buggy to and from your room, the most we ever had to wait was five minutes and that happened once in the 10 days we were there. Most rooms are within a 3 min walk of the lobby anyway. Complimentary breakfast was first class. Great variety and quickly served! The staff were kind, friendly and knowledgeable and assisted us with anything we needed. Overall a 10/10 stay - we will be back!! Thanks to the entire team! I asked you to make our stay special and that’s exactly what you did!"

"What an amazing place. Right on the beach. The waves are right on top of you as you have your breakfast. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Big TV, great wifi and for Apple users, an airplay connection that worked flawlessly. Comfy bed. The pool is a bit smaller but it is overlooking the beach and cooling off in there while watching the beach is bliss. There are heaps of deck chairs always available. The poolside bar is great and the bar staff will do anything for you. The greatest thing about this place is the staff. They are so polite and respectful, from the front desk, room cleaners to the restaurant staff. Even the security guard on the beach gate is super respectful. They will do anything to make your stay pleasant. A special shoutout to Aon on the front desk who was lovely and Mr X at the restaurant who is funny and helpful and made us feel special every morning. Kata beach is a beautiful spot. Thank you everyone for a great stay."
