"After two days of exhaustive work reenacting at krigsflygfält 16 and Karlstad, it was such a relief getting to be at a quiet, one person room over the night. It was clean and had many amenities. The staff, rooms and service was very comforting."

"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and customer care at this hotel. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to check out just a few hours after checking in. Despite informing the hotel promptly and not utilizing the room for the night, they refused to offer even a partial refund, citing rigid policies without any consideration for the circumstances. To make matters worse, they also charged me for breakfast, which I never had, as I checked out the same day. When I...
