"Very convenient after flying in from San Francisco. Loved that we could access the hotel through the terminal without having to go outside in the rain. Arrived too late for the restaurant but the breakfast the next day was top notch! We happened to arrive when a half marathon was scheduled on Sunday and the hotel had a lot of athletes participating in the race. Loved the atmosphere and would recommend this hotel for its convenience."

"Phoenix’s best selling point is its location. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are nothing special, the bathrooms/showers are on the smaller side. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. You have to pay to park (that’s anywhere in Copenhagen) and it costs about $50 USD per day. The biggest issue we ran into was upon check-in where we had to switch rooms twice because it was clear they weren’t cleaned very well before we arrived. Stains on mattress covers and sheets as well as hair and crumbs in the sheets, suggesting they weren’t changed between guests. I expected more from what is considered a 4 star, luxury hotel but I don’t necessarily feel it’s a bad deal. The locations truly is very centralized and great to be your hub for your vacation."
