Great hotel in the city centre

Gorgeous hotel right in the city of Karlskrona. Very comfortable beds, grand breakfast buffet, great menu for other food and lovely staff!

Clean hotel, great location, big rooms, and nice staff. But I wouldn’t call it a 4 star hotel. It’s a great 2-3 star hotel. There was no refrigerator or safety box in the rooms.

Central location is the key!

Slightly cramped room but quiet despite being on the shopping street side. Otherwise compact. Quite good breakfast but nothing fancy, scandinavian though. Best this is the location as hotel is in the middle of the center, walking distance of all major attractions. Bed felt bit soft. Parking in the downstairs public parking house w straight accces to hotel.

Overall a great hotel

Central . Close to shopping and supermarkets. Soft bed . Got an upgrade. Breakfast is delicious but mostly standard. The bread was a bit dry.

Poor service and breakfast below average

- Got advice and instructions from the staff on where I should park my electric car for charging over night. This resulted in a fine. Got nothing but a "sorry" from the staff. (Not allowed to park more than 4 hrs also during nighttime at nearest charging spot) - TV in the room did'nt work. Staff unable to fix it even though they had a the whole day. Was offered a smaller standard room later on with working TV. - Staff sitting eating at the combined reception/bar. - Breakfast obviously prepared by people with zero interest in food and cooking. Breakfast below average. - Rooms are not cleaned during the stay unless specifically asked for. No info on this upon check in which led to coming back to a room not being cleaned after a long day at work. And a TV which still didn't work... This hotel obviously has issues with management. Avoid if you have any alternatives. Room was however clean upon arrival so the cleaning staff probably know what they are doing.

The township is quiet and calm generally..JA Hotel is located in the middle of a commercial street. It provides the convenience and accessibility to major retail outlets, and at the same time the privacy of space you look for in a hotel. Conveniently located if you wish to go a little further to the beach or the naval museum..or island hopping around this archipelago..

Central location, clean with great service!

Perfectly located smack i te middle of the city center. Inside a shopping mall. Nice reception area with a nice bar with basic meals. Coffee and cookies available for free 24/7. Clean,modern and comfortable rooms. I stay here again.

The hotel room was clean and nice. The staff was kind and helpful. If you need the invoice for work, read it carefully before leaving. There can be errors, especially if paid in advance.
