The cottage is located in a quiet location. The beach by Karl Hagen is only about 20 minutes walk (shortcut forest path) and one of the most peaceful and beautiful beaches of the island. The wide and flat running beach offers ideal conditions for families with children. The new beach esplanade and the beach promenade with its shops invites strolling. A new located at the edge of the forest bike network makes the quick access to all seaside resorts possible (bicycle garage is available). The both disabled-friendly, as well as child-friendly holiday house sea wave in the system Vier Jahreszeiten is 100 square meters and has two free parking spaces at the house.

The house has a total of 3 bedrooms (2 x à 1.80 x 2.00 m and 1 x 1.60 x 2.00 m) which are designed for 2 people. Two of the bedrooms also feature a pull-out trundle bed / single bed (also with slatted frame and mattress) for the respective 7 and 8. FIG. Person (mattress 0.70 x 1.80 m). On the cozy couch in the living room you can enjoy the fireplace best; TV and stereo are available.
