- A very modern holiday home! Beautiful garden with a pavilion on a wooded property!
Close to the beach, approximately 300m to the Baltic Sea! Lovingly designed.
On the ground floor: a high-quality, open-plan kitchen with access to the terrace, a living room with a fireplace, two flat-screen TVs (3D capable), a rustic dining table (extendable) and access to the terrace, a comfortable bedroom with a box-spring bed (electrically adjustable), a private sauna integrated into the bathroom with a sound system for music lovers, a large walk-in shower, and two washbasins.
Highlight: an outdoor jacuzzi with a light show and various whirlpool settings.
Upstairs: two large bedrooms with flat-screen TVs, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower.
Garden: A beach chair, two loungers, two terraces with furniture and parasols, a separate barbecue area with a large gas grill, and a covered seating area under the pavilion invite you to relax and unwind.
