A very bright and stylish holiday home with exclusive natural stone flooring. A very quiet, open, and sunny location. The Baltic Sea beach is just a 10-minute walk away. You’ll be staying in a very convenient location—shops, a supermarket, and the train station are all within a 3- to 4-minute walk. A car is therefore not necessary.

Comfortable and very tastefully furnished living room measuring 29 m². Private furnished patio in front of the house with a patio umbrella. The house also features two bedrooms and an additional combined living room/bedroom. The annex contains a separate apartment for up to 2 people. This apartment can be booked as an add-on, provided it is still available. Bike racks are provided at the house for bicycles. The parking space is located right next to the house.
The exterior façade, with its pleasantly warm terracotta colour, invites you to relax on the terrace.

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available to our guests inside the house.

Modern bathroom with shower and toilet. LCD TV, stereo system, DVD player, Wi-Fi, central heating, garden with seating area and grill.

Let us take you to any destination in Karlshagen, Peenemünde, or Trassenheide—such as the beach, train station, shops, museums, and more. Bedding can be rented upon request. Bedding per bed: 12 euros; shower towel and hand towel: 8 euros per person. The visitor’s tax is not included in the travel price and must be paid on-site to the landlord in accordance with the currently valid visitor’s tax ordinance. The travel price depends on the number of guests. Please make sure to enter the correct number of people when booking. Additional guests are permitted only with the landlord’s prior consent and for an extra charge (extra bed). If you bring your own bed sheet, please note the bed size: 1.60 x 2 m.

Information about Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi internet access is available to our guests in the house. In addition, free Wi-Fi (the municipality’s public Wi-Fi) is available at Karlshagen Beach, at the Haus des Gastes (30 minutes free), and at the Karlshagen Harbour in the harbour master’s office area.
