The beautiful apartment is located in Lühmansdorf, about 10 km from the gates of the island of Usedom. The apartment is on the property of the landlord with large garden for use. There is also a cozy barbecue area available. Directly in front of the apartment is the furnished terrace. A parking space and a bicycle storage facility are also available free of charge.

Fewo Scholz:
The beautiful apartment is about 76 square meters and has a living area with seating, a flat screen TV and a dining table. The open kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob with 2 hobs, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has shower / WC. There is a furnished terrace right in front of the apartment. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is already included. Also a car parking space. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge if required.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Das Kinderzimmer ist zwischenzeitlich sogar noch etwas aufgepeppt worden und es ist jede Menge Spielzeug vorhanden, sehr zur Freude unserer Zwillinge 😊. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hat aber trotzdem nur kurze Wege nach Usedom oder Greifswald. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen 👍.

Ruhige Wohngegend

Die Wohnung ist anheimelnd, alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Mit liebevollen Details wurde geschmackvoll dekoriert. So fühlten wir uns sofort zu Hause. Der Garten ist sehr groß und für jeden Freiluftliebhaber etwas dabei.
