Tyylikäs pieni hotelli

Bussi/juna-asemalta kävelymatka hotellille. Alakerran kaupassa merkkituotteita myynnissä. Hotellihuone hyvä ja siisti, en keksi mitään moitittavaa. Säilytystilaa oli kahdelle yli tarpeen, jopa vaatehuone. Kylpyhuoneessa kaksi lavuaaria, erillinen eteinen säilytystiloilla. Menisin ehdottomasti uudelleen. Aamupala hyvä.

отличный отель в центре города

Очень комфортный отель в центре Карловых вар, прямо рядом с главным источником. При заезде встречают, помогают с вещами, удобно организована парковка для авто - машину подгоняют к отелю по запросу. Внутри все действительно на 5 звезд, неплохой спа центр. Очень рекомендуем!

Surprise Downgrade

We booked the superior suite for my birthday. 50 sq meters, living room, huge terrace. We checked in and walked in to a basic room(25 sq meters) with a tiny balcony, no living room. I said this is wrong, I booked the superior suite. Reception argued, so I showed my reservation and told her I would contact hotels.com. Later she apologized and said there was a "technical error" and the room I reserved is not available. Why didn't the hotel email me and tell me that the room I booked was not available? Why did they accept payment, give me a huge downgrade, and hide it from me until I arrived? Anyway, I asked for a discount because of the surprise downgrade. They offered only a 5% return. What a joke! There's a mistake in the booking and the 5 star hotel makes the customer take a loss? There are major differences between the room I booked and the room I was given. We said the offer was insulting, keep the money and we will write you a review. They made various offers like an extra free night, or spa treatment, but refused to return more than 5% $. In the end they gave us a 20 minute bath, and put a small bottle of champagne in the room. While this is nice, what we asked for was a reasonable discount. For a hotel that is listed 5 stars, this is not 5 star honesty, service, or professionalism. They could have emailed us and told us that the room we booked is not available, but they didn't. They handled the mistake poorly and showed all the signs of a stingy hotel on a tight budget.

Luxura Spa ist ein wenig übertrieben

Anfangsschwierigkeiten. Von Expedia war versprochen: Zugang zum Wellness-Bereich gratis, Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer. Für den Zugang zum Spa wollte das Hotel 12 Euro pro Person, Mineralwasser gab es keins zur Begrüßung. Erst Anruf bei Expedia brachte Schwung in die Sache. Der Spa. Zugang war nun gratis. Der Spa Bereich hat zwei kleine Saunen, aber kein Schwimmbecken. Erst am vorletzten Tag wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass wir den Schwimmbereich im nahe gelegenen Hotel Olympic gratis benutzen dürften. Davon haben wir dann auch Gebrauch gemacht. Das FRÜHSTÜCKS-Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig, Schinken-Käse-Omlett wird frisch gemacht. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant im 5. Stock ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle hochmotiviert, sehr freundlich und die meisten können sich auch in Deutsch unterhalten. Leider ist Karlsbad a bisserl fad, jedenfalls Mitte Juli, wo das Kulturangebot gleich Null ist. Besonders enttäuschend war für mich das Casino (das zu den Casinos Austria gehört): Uralt-Spiele in den Automaten, keine Auszahlung auf Chip-Cards, sondern sie erfolgt immer durch das Personal. Einmal hat gereicht!

Sehr gute Lage im Stadtzentrum.

Karlsbad mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten,seine historischen Gaststätten und Kneipen ist zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert. Die vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten für jeden Geschmack das Richtige. Ein Aufenthalt in einem guten Hotel ist für Karlsbad immer zu empfehlen.

Nice boutique hotel

Great location. Very clean hotel, rich modern design. Parking is $25 valley. Very friendly people. Average breakfast although they'll make omelete to order as well as espresso or cappuccino. Only 18 rooms, so expect the top floor restaurant not too busy.

wochenend trip.zum ersten mal in karlovy vary,abgesehen von der baustelle neben dem hotel,eine zeitreise in 1900.leider war die bahn zum diana turm ausser betrieb.blick von jelenyskok super,besonders empfehlenswert ist die bar von grandhotel pupp super coctails super lifemusikband.

Das Hotel würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Es entsprach komplett unseren Vorstellungen. Leider täuschen manchmal Bilder einer Unterkunft, in diesem Fall war alles realistisch. Wir fühlten uns jedenfalls alle sehr sehr wohl.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit einem Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Frühstück war inclusive und vollkommen in Ordnung Parken kostete 500 Kronen pro Tag mit Parkservice - sehr freundlich Sehr freundlicher Empfang Küche (Abendbrot - kostenpflichtig): absolut nicht empfehlenswert - keine traditionelle Küche und die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen hatte nichts mit dem zu tun, was das Hotel glaubte vorzugeben. Das Bier war verfallen, Fassbier war alle (das in Tschechien!!!!), Scampies wurden angeboten, Shrimps serviert - essen sollte international sein aber ohne jede Qualität und für CZ Verhältnisse teuer.. Empfehlung : suchen Sie nach einem CZ Restaurant außerhalb des Shopping Streifens in Karlsbad - die Zeit der reichen Russen ist dort vorbei und Karlsbad ist wie ausgestorben je später es wird. In der Umgebung vom Jan Becher Museum finden Sie ordentliche Kneipen, Bars und Restaurants.. Das Hotel für sich gesehen (die Suite) war top. Die spa-Behandlungen sind alle kostspielig und fragwürdig ...

Hotel im Herzen Karlsbad

Die Hotelzimmer sind in einem modernen, schlichten und hochwertigen Stil. Die Lage in Karlsbad ist sehr gut. Die Parkgebühr im entfernten Parkhaus ist meines Erachtens für Karlsbad etwas überteuert.

Lovely central hotel

Whilst travelling alone I was very warmly welcomed.The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel is a good central location. Ideal base for the town with many Spa treatments available should you wish to partake. Room was luxurious. It also had a small balcony which I am sure would be lovely to sit on in the warmer weather.

Immer wieder gerne

Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch meine Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten waren kein Problem. Uns wurde ein Tisch beim Frühstück reserviert an dem mein glutenfreies Brot bereit stand. Und an meinem Geburtstag wurde extra ein glutenfreier Kuchen gebacken. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen! Tolle Lage, tolles Personal und toller Service. Ach ja und eine Tiefgarage mit Parkservice gibt es auch. So dass man gemütlich Einchecken kann während das Auto (zwar Gebührenpflichtig) in die etwas entfernte Garage gefahren wird. Da das Hotel mitten in der Fußgängerzone liegt sollte einem dieser Service die paar Euro schon wert sein.

Peace and tranquility and great service

My husband and I spent four nights in Karlovy Vary and were very pleased with our hotel choice. The hotel is located in the centre of the spa district, a stone's throw from the thermal springs and drinking fountains. The hotel offers medical consultations and spa treatments but we used it mainly as a base to explore the area. We stayed in a suite and the room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The shower was fabulous (no bath). The hotel breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and omelettes made to order. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner. The best part of our stay was undoubtedly the impeccable service. Staff spoke excellent English and all were helpful and friendly. Petr in particular was a shining star of helpfulness and made us feel very welcome. If we have the opportunity to visit Karlovy Vary in future we would happily stay again at the Atlantic Spa Hotel.

Sehr gute Lage ! Zentral !

Städtereise - ruhig gelegenes Hotel, obwohl mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Einziger Nachteil - aber das trifft wahrscheinlich ganz Karlsbad - keine .Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, bzw Zentral. Service und Zimmer waren immer sehr ordentlich.

VORSICHT-ABZOCKER

Miene Kreditkarte war noch vor dem check-in UNERLAUBT belastet, zu einem SPEKULATIVEN Wechselkurs, um dabei ca.2 €uro(!) zu "erwirtschaften". "Billigphilosophie" ist hochgeschrieben. Das Essen entspricht einem Rasthof. Eine obligatorische Scheibe Lachs zum Früstück war nicht möglich - brei(!)sollte man speisen, so wie die Russen(99%, höflich und ruhig)es machen. Billige Wurstsorten, kalte Milch zum Caffee, eine Sorte Suppermarktgebäck von gestern, Koch als frecher Manager... . Schönes Haus, freundliche Bediengung, sie können nichts dafür, das die Abzocker-Betreiber mit Gewalt auf die schnelle reich werden wollen. Nie wieder.

Heel mooi, net gerenoveerd hotel in een mooie omgeving. Alles was fantastisch, niks negatiefs. Mooie, grote kamer, mooie luxe badkamer. Alles nieuw, netjes en schoon. Ook in het spa gedeelte is alles prima voor elkaar. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt.
