A really nice place even for a short time. Breakfast is hearty, drinks in the bar at a good price. And the best is the connection between the different buildings and the city centre.

The stuff is absolutely not interested in making stay comfortable. Checkin and checkout process are ruining all experience. plus, one of the 2 elevators doesn’t work properly making it very irritating to use. However, the location is great and overall property condition is good, a bit old but definitely good maintained.

Several Hotels seem to be united into one. This means that the management tries to save on personnel and wants their guests to use only one (Bristol Palace) for all purposes. So, the car park, breakfast room, reception etc. were several hundred metres away from the hotel we booked (Hotel Bristol) because of its accessability. My 80-year-old mother and me (severly disabled) were forced to walk several hundred metres several times when checking in. The personnel at the reception was not able to converse either in English or German. There are hardly any directions in the passages between the parts of the hotel complex, so during our whole stay the guests were running around desperately trying to find their destination. As service personnel was scarce, everybody depended on finding other guests to show them their way. If you want comfort, easy access and service: DO NOT STAY AT THE BRISTOL COMPLEX! Especially if you are elderly or disabled!

Checkin war unzumutbar. Es wurde uns eine checkin Adresse genannt die nicht existiert. Wir sind dann direkt zu unserem gebuchten Hotel gefahren. Da war kein reinkommen. Netterweise kam uns eine Frau zur Hilfe die ebenfalls in unserem Hotel wohnte und uns den Weg zur Rezeption zeigte. Der Weg dahin verlief durch viele unterirdische Gänge, Treppen und 2 ! Fahrstühlen. Das Hôtel gehörte zu 6 anderen Hotels die unterirdisch mit Gängen verbunden sind.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Unweit der Kolonnaden und dem Thermal - Hotel gegenüber dem Wachsfigurenmuseum. Leider kann ich zum Hotel Bristol nicht so viel sagen da die Unterbringung im Hotel Tereza erfolgte. Aber dafür keine Abwertung! Die hier abgegebene Bewertung bezieht sich somit auf das Hotel Tereza. Es gehört zu dem durch Bademantelgang verbundenen Hotelkomplex der Bristol - Group: Hotel Bristol Palace, Hotel Bristol, Hotel George, Hotel Královská Vila a Hotel Tereza. Der Zugang zum Komplex ist ausschließlich über den Eingang vom Hotel Bristol Palace möglich. Hier wäre es wünschenswert wenn weitere Möglichkeiten von der Stadt her - zum Beispiel Öffnung der Türen mit der Zugangskarte möglich wären. Ansonsten ist die Sprudelquelle und die anderen Mineral und Thermalquellen in etwa 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Der Hotelkomplex hat einen gemeinsamen Wellness-und Spa Bereich mit Smimmingpool, Wirlpool, 2 Finische und 2 Dampfsaunen, wo die Benutzung im Übernachtungspreis enthalten ist. Der Wellnessbereich ist täglich von 10:00 Uhr-13:00 Uhr und von 14:00 Uhr - 21:00 Uhr (Montag vormittag geschlossen) geöffnet. Das Wasser im Swimmingpool und im Wirlpool ist Thermalwasser. Es ist sehr angenehm und tut dem Körper gut. Vom Zimmer aus hatte ich einen schönen Blick auf die Kolonnaden. Das Frühstück gibt es für alle 5 Hotels im Restaurant des Hotels Bristol Palace. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und lecker. Etwas kompliziert war lediglich eine Tasse normalen Kaffee zu bekommen.

Alles war wunderbar, Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wir haben sehr gut ausgeruht. Es gibt Schwimmbad und Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen neben englisch auch deutsch. Komplettes Gelände sehr unübersichtlich und sehr schlecht ausgeschildert. Frühstücksbuffet ausbaufähig, zu wenig Auswahl, Kaffeespezialitäten fehlen, zu wenig Obst und Gemüse, nicht abwechslungsreich.

Sehr schönes Areal (Parkähnlich). Das das gebuchte Teil Hotel seine Rezeption geschlossen hat was das Hotel Bristol nur über "Bristol Palace" erreichbar, sehr weite Wege. Frühstück ausbaufähig!

Gammelt smukt hotel. Flot pool men lang gang gemmen kældergang til pool og fitness. Morgenmad middelgod. Intet bord til 5 personer. Kom ikke i el-bil. På trods af ladestation ved parkeringsplads måtte man ikke lade bil. Kun cykler.

Нас заселили в номер под рестораном и все пять дней нашего отдыха каждый день в 6 часов утра мы посыпались от стука каблуков об плиточный пол работников ресторана. На мою просьбу как-нибудь решить этот вопрос, портье просто усмехнулся и сказал, что он ничем помочь не может, мол работники ресторана тоже должны работать. По поводу работников ресторана, бассейна, уборки номеров, чистоты могу сказать только слова благодарности.
