"Our booking confirmation said that there were 4 beds included. Even though I had this on paper they denied this was the case. So I even ended up having to pay for an extra bed. It is NOT ok to advertise and confirm a service that is then not included and they charge extra. There was a lot of noise from the street until late night and early morning. Overall a very unpleasant stay."

"Hytten var ikke i den flotte nye stand, som den så ud til at være på fotos. Sengene var alt for bløde (på den ene var der en meget mærkbar fjeder) og for korte til en mand på over 180 cm, sovesofaen hård som sten og utroligt knirkende. Hovedpuderne var fyldt med knuder og nogle af dynerne med tydelige pletter. Ovnen havde stadig dryppende fedt på risten og der var krummer i skufferne sammen med ikke helt rent bestik. Vi havde kun brug for at overnatte, men det havde langt fra været godt nok til...

"Well, I didn't see any human being from arrival around 5pm to leaving at 8am. Quite inhospitable & unwelcoming Bed looked like maybe hadn't been changed from the previous guest. Pillow case looked grubby. I needed a second pillow but there was no pillow case at all for that, so I stuffed both pillows into my jacket so I could put my face on that. Slept on the covers in my clothes. Breakfast was another new experience. No one there, no sign of food other than a bunch on bread rolls in baskets...
