The property is good. Perhaps one of those very few properties which have good enough arrangements to engage young kids. Is pet friendly too. The only negative is the food. Food is not that great and especially the management of food in the morning free buffet - it's chaotic. Rest - it's super.

A good get away from the city.
The stay was just what we needed. The basic room will be just that, basic. The food is really good, couldn’t have asked for any better. The service, amazing. And the staff very friendly.

First thing the reception staff at the resort has no courtesy.the overhead shower in the washroom force was like a drizzle happening in mumbai i have better shower force at my house.service is slow that you just dont feel like reminding them again for eg we called for a bottle of water it came after 45mins when we were asleep.we reminded tgem of clearing our dishes in the room after dinner thrice but the person didnt come.coming tp the food its the most terrible tasteless food i have had in my life on any vacation and buffet breakfast the laid items are all as cold as am iceberg.except the room nothing is worth it and the price of the food is very very very high which it dorsnt even deserve to sum it the room relaxation was all good but this property doesnt understand the meaning of hospitality in simple words,a never ever visit again in my life.

Location was good but approach road is not in good condition. Property is well maintained but is understaffed at the moment.

Very comfortable resort. Rooms spacious, clean, Staff is very responsive, food was nice . Breakfast service could be better. The road to the hotel is terrible however not their fault. All in all good resort for a nice weekend stay....

Property Interiors Look Quiet Modern and aesthetically pleasant. Staffs are not that hospitable and prompt in customer service. Food Menu has limited options. No Outdoor Activities Options. The view from my room was excellent. I am however disappointed with the food, as compared to the rate the quantity was not upto the mark. I had ordered milkshakes 2 times and the quality was also not satisfactory

If you want travel far far away from the city, trust me this place is amazing. Overall loved the infrastructure. The main highlight is the pool area and the Balcony. Hats off to Shiv from expedia and Nivedita from Radisson Blu for helping me out to resolve an issue while booking the hotel room.
