"I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. "Nice location by Bhimashankar Temple trek (a great 6-8 hour round trip hike). Room was simple but clean. Staff were very nice but spoke almost no English. Room had running water but no hot water."
