I attempted to cancel and reschedule or get at least a credit due to the nor Easter and the hotel never answered myself or Expedia ! It was horrible the travel was stopped by the storm and out of our control and they refused to communicate and respond for a refund

"The rooms are spacious, washrooms nice. All amenities including refrigerator, tea kettle, smart TV etc. Pool was nice. Loation good, just overlooking the lake. Service was prompt, daily housekeeping done. All in all, we had a good 3 days stay."
