"Modern hotel and very clean. Unfortunately service is very poor. Had to wait 1 hour in the restaurant for our food even though it was almost empty. Also, the level of English speaking is not great so it’s hard to communicate as a foreigner. Did laundry service which took much longer to get back then what was communicated. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is very old and run-down. The noise from the air conditioning units on each floor was very loud and annoying. The air conditioners inside the rooms were also noisy and had poor cooling. The sanitary facilities and bathrooms were very outdated and most of their tools were broken. The hotel needs urgent renovation. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent."

"Stayed there 2 nights for business. The hotel does the job: I slept well in a rather comfortable bed and the breakfast choice was very good. The room and linens are however a tad old and a refresh would be appreciated. I'd still recommended if you need to stay in the area for business and don't want the daily commute from Jakarta."
