The best hotel we have been to in all over Turkey. We came from abroad and had different expectations. Everything was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. Thanks to the full hotel team. Next time we will book this one.

Çok memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.

Ailecek transit geçişte, bir gece konaklama yaptık. Oda, havuz, sauna, hamamı kullandık tertemizdi. Kahvaltı açık büfe çeşit bol ve lezzetliydi. Restoran fiyatlar çok uygundu. Akşam yemeğinde dışarı çıkma gereği duymadık. Personeller tüm alanlarda nazik ve yardım severdi.

Don’t recommend to anyone we reserved a room for 3 they gave us a room with 2 single beds. I told them to give us another bed they didn’t told them to give us our money and we cancel the booking they said it is not possible so one of us slept on the floor and also we paid for 3 people.

Some management training issues here.

Food was very good and service was also very good as you would expect. The air conditioning in our room was not working. We were told several different reasons by different people but it could not be fixed during the time we were at the hotel. We were moved to a larger room to mitigate the heat and this was somewhat better. According to reception the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. We were not advised this when we booked in. The jacuzzi was also not working. Given that we do not speak Turkish and the staff did not speak English, it was difficult to communicate and the personnel at the hotel did their best.

Yeni bir otel . Zincir otel ramada bulundugu bölgede en iyi otel diyebilirim. Temizlik ve hijyen iyiydi.ozellikle calisan elemanlar cok ilgili ve cok iyi karsilama yaptilar.yabanci misafirlerim ve ben gercekten memnun kaldik.birdaha bölgeden gecersem kesinlikle ilk tercihim olacaktir. Is Aile Seheyatlari icin cok iyi bir otel . Biraz daha etkinlik artmasiyla hizmetin ve kalitenin artacagini düşünüyorum.
