koud en slechte huisservice

De woning schijnt permanent op 21 graden Celsius afgesteld te moeten zijn. Dat klopte niet. Er was geen thermostaat, dus ook niet zichtbaar wat de temperatuur was. Na een melding, kregen we een reactie, maar daar konden we niets mee. Verder moesten we tot twee keer toe wachten (meer dan 20 min) op de sleutel en borg. Sleutel werd gebracht, en niet zoals vermeld werd dat je hem bij de buren kon ophalen.

Mooie plek en ruim huis

Ruim huis op mooie plek. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke familie. Goede communicatie bij klein probleempje en werd direct goed opgelost. Huis is gedateerd, maar voldoet aan alles. De woonkamer is wat aan de kleine kant, maar de woonkeuken is een goede ruimte om te zitten. Hier is ook een tv aanwezig. De bedden zijn goed. In de keuken zit goede apparatuur en is goed uitgerust. Zelfs vaatwasblokjes zijn aanwezig. Afvalscheiding is goed georganiseerd. De schoonmaak zou iets beter kunnen.
