"Really nice, clean and cosy apartment. 12 minute walk to the centre. It would be helpful if they left extra toilet paper, as well as bin bags for the guests to throw any extra rubbish. "

"Der Check-In mittels Keybox (den Code erhält man per E-Mail) ist zwar unkompliziert, dennoch würde man sich hin und wieder über einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort freuen. Der Zustand der einzelnen Möbel und der Küche waren teilweise fragwürdig (Türklinke im WC fiel ab, Geländer sehr wackelig, Schranktüren in der Küche waren auch nicht richtig montiert, Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse war nur mit handwerklichem Geschick verwendbar und hatte Löcher,..). Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna sind...

"Arrivés pour 18h, nous nous rendons à l'hôtel et non a la résidence pour le check in, appartement réservé sur Hotels.com pour 8 et pour une valeur de 156 euros, quelle stupéfaction lors de l'accueil avec la personne en place, elle nous demande de régler en PLUS 176.5 euros pour le ménage...(pour une nuit) prix incompressible et c'est comme ça sinon on peu aller voir ailleurs!!!! Apparemment c'était noté en 2ème page....on c'est bien fait avoir sur le coup là d'autant plus que l'appartement était...

"Spotlessly clean large apartment in centre of Kaprun. Easy walk to the ski bus and a little further to the lifts. Parking right outside the apartment excellent communication with the owner who met us at the door although it has a keycode. Everything was first rate and we enjoyed the added luxury of the sauna. Would highly recomend"

"Great apartment to stay during our ski trip for a week. We, a family of four, enjoyed our stay very much as everything we needed was there. The location is a bit uphill from Kaprun center. It is about 15 minutes to walk but you can always take your car and easily park almost anywhere you want. The cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer makes it a very comfortable stay."

"Wir waren vier Erwachsene, jeder hatte sein eigenes Bad und Schlafzimmer... herrlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles, was das Herz begehrt, sehr schönes Geschirr. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Der Blick in die Berge traumhaft. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder."

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...
