Please note: baby equipment on request (included). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. If there are fewer people occupied than the maximum number of people, not all bedrooms will be available in summer (the rooms can be expanded for an additional charge).
