LIVING WITH A VIEW OF THE WATER

In the bright living area, a large corner sofa, cosy seating, and floor-to-ceiling windows create a relaxed atmosphere.
Plenty of natural light floods the room through the large windows, and the view opens up towards the terrace and marina. Wi-Fi, as well as access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, provide entertainment when needed.

ENJOYING TIME TOGETHER

The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The large dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals. Thanks to its proximity to the terrace, you’ll always have a view of the water.

YOUR FAVORITE SPOT BY THE WATER

The south-facing terrace is located directly at the marina. Garden furniture and an electric grill make it the ideal spot for breakfast, relaxed afternoons, or long summer evenings. Sailboats, seagulls, and the shifting light on the water naturally create a genuine harbour atmosphere here.

PEACEFUL NIGHTS

The apartment has two bedrooms that can accommodate a total of four guests. Both bedrooms open onto another terrace and feature additional TVs.

WELLNESS-MOMENTS

The bathroom features a whirlpool tub, a shower, and an infrared sauna with a hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy.

Warm wood finishes and a soothing colour scheme make the bathroom a pleasant retreat after walks on the beach or chilly days by the Baltic Sea.

GOOD TO KNOW

The 82 m² ground-floor apartment features underfloor heating, a washing machine, fly screens, as well as a private parking space and bike shed. A cot and high chair are provided. Up to three pets are welcome.
