ARRIVING BETWEEN THE SCHLEI AND THE BALTIC SEA
Between the sailing and recreational boat harbours, the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, a backdrop of light, water, and open space unfolds all around the floating holiday home. Through the large panoramic windows, your gaze is constantly drawn outward: to the movement of the boats, the glistening water’s surface, and the special tranquility that only a home on the water can offer.

YOUR PRIME SEAT ABOVE THE WATER
On the upper floor, an open and modern living and dining area awaits you, offering plenty of space for time spent together. The kitchen is fully equipped and blends harmoniously into the living area.

From here, you can access the terrace and continue up to the rooftop terrace. Up there, you’ll find one of those spots where you end up staying longer than planned: high-quality patio furniture, a beach chair, a Weber electric grill, and a sweeping view over the harbour, the Schlei, and all the way to the Baltic Sea.

WAKE UP TO A VIEW OF THE WATER
On the ground floor, the two bedrooms are located very close to the water’s edge. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed and opens onto the wraparound terrace through floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows.
The second bedroom features two single box-spring beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds and curtains, as well as additional TVs and home entertainment systems.

WELLNESS, WARMTH, AND TRANQUILITY
The sauna on the ground floor makes this houseboat a special place even outside the summer months. When the wind blows across the water outside, it’s warm, quiet, and soothing inside.
The bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

THREE TERRACES FOR YOUR TIME BY THE WATER
Three terraces on Board 1 offer you ever-changing views. Down below, right by the water; upstairs in the living area; and on the roof.
Here you can read, barbecue, watch the sailboats, or simply do nothing. Perhaps that is precisely the greatest luxury of this place: having time, while the water gently laps against the house.
