Spanning approximately 95 m², the apartment features an ambiance that combines warm colours and natural materials in a cosy beach house style. The light-filled rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Underfloor heating and a fireplace provide additional comfort and cosiness.

OPEN AND INVITING: LIVING AND ENJOYING
The open living-dining area, with its fully equipped kitchen, allows you to enjoy the stunning view of the water while cooking. A large dining table with cosy wicker chairs forms the centrepiece of the room. The cosy sofa offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean view.

PEACE AND RELAXATION IN A STYLISH SETTING
Two comfortably furnished bedrooms with box-spring beds promise restful nights. Two bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub—offer modern living comfort. The shared wellness area provides additional relaxation. It features a whirlpool and a Finnish sauna, which operates via a coin-operated system.

BALCONY WITH OCEAN VIEW AND NEAR THE BEACH
The large balcony, with its comfortable seating, is the ideal spot to enjoy the view of the open Baltic Sea. Olpenitz Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the Edeka Hafenkante supermarket is only a 15-minute walk away for your daily shopping. You’ll find a parking spot for your car right outside the front door. Enjoy modern comforts, a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, and the beach right at your doorstep.

The Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort offers a wide variety of activities and recreational opportunities. Active holidaymakers will find plenty to do here—the resort features its own marina, great beaches, and a wide range of water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and boat tours. But there’s also plenty to discover away from the water—the Schlei region has many biking and hiking trails that wind through the picturesque countryside and idyllic villages.

Please note: The accommodation is barrier-reduced but not fully accessible or wheelchair-accessible. The room doors are approximately 80 cm wide. The shower measures approximately 88 × 88 cm and has a threshold approximately 4 cm high. A shower seat and grab bars are not available. The bathroom does not have a continuous turning area of 150 × 150 cm, and the kitchen is not wheelchair-accessible. To access the balcony or terrace, you must navigate a threshold approximately 7 cm high.
