Welcome to the "Hafenwelt" holiday apartment in Olpenitz! This modern and stylishly furnished apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday on the Baltic Sea and boasts an exceptional sea view that will soothe your soul.
With 77 m² of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to five people, making it ideal for families, romantic getaways, or holidays with friends. Located directly in the holiday complex by the sea, it's just a few minutes to the fine sandy beach, where you can relax, sunbathe, and enjoy unforgettable moments by the water.
The apartment features a harmonious, open-plan living concept. In the lovingly designed living area, you'll find a comfortable sofa where you can relax in front of the smart TV after an active day or simply listen to the sound of the waves while admiring the sunset over the Baltic Sea. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for – from a ceramic hob and dishwasher to high-quality kitchen utensils. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht aus dem Panoramafenster ebenso. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter hat man noch einen Urlaubseffekt, weil man rausschauen kann und was Beruhigendes zu sehen bekommt. Beim Fahrradverleih im selben Haus bekamen wir einen Nachlass von 10%. Vielleicht wird es in der Hauptsaison ein bisschen eng auf dem Gelände - die Gastronomie wird dann bestimmt überfüllt sein. In der Nebensaison kommen wir gerne wieder!

Sehr gut!

Allein schon der Blick auf das Hafenbecken (und den dahinterliegenden Ostseehorizont) durch die großen Fenster macht diese Wohnung zu etwas Besonderem. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles funktionierte. Die Fotos geben einen guten Eindruck - auch von dem heutigen Stand. Es gibt für die Hausgemeinschaft einen abschließbaren Schuppen auf dem Parkplatz, in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Insgesamt: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist schön groß (wir waren 4 Personen), hell, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche weist kaum Gebrauchsspuren auf. Ausreichend Geschir/Gläser/Kochutensilien vorhanden. Überall sehr sauber, bequeme und saubere Betten. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Ich würde diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit Blick auf das Hafenbecken. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die schlechte Ausschilderung vor Ort, Hausnummern zu den Eingängen gibt es leider nicht. Dann war bei uns der Lift defekt, aber ein paar Treppen haben noch niemandem geschadet.

Olpenitz Ressort - Neues Ferienappartement, jedoch Bauarbeiten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft

Das Appartment ist neu und in einem Appartmenthaus mit 30 Einheiten im 3. Stock unter dem Dach gelegen. Alle Appartments haben sehr schönen Blick und Balkon nach Norden zum unmittelbar anschließendem Hafenbecken, jedoch ist dieses App. mit seinen bodentiefen Fenstern und 2 Gauben nach Osten gefühlt das schönste - sehr helle Räume durch gute Tageslichtausnutzung - auch per Dachflächenfenster - und: Blick bis zur Ostsee nach Norden UND nach Osten. Die sich in Dachwohnungen insbesondere bei Ferienhäusern schnell aufstauende Wärme kann durch Stoßlüften und Kaminwirkung (Dachflächenfenster im oberen Dachbereich) schnell abgeführt werden. Mobilar und Einrichtung sind neuwertig. Effektiv gibt es EIN echtes Schlafzimmer mit 1x DB & 1x EB, die theoretische Belegung mit 5 Personen halte ich nur bei zusätzlichem Übernachtungsbesuch, z.B. Freunde eine Nacht zu Besuch für kurze Zeit für sinnvoll. Ein Kleinkinderstuhl und -Bett sind zusätzlich vorhanden. Sinnvolle Zielgruppe wäre also Paar ohne Kinder oder mit 1 bis 2 Kindern im Alter von 0 bis ca. 10 Jahre. Fahrräder und Fahrradträger können in separaten mittig auf Parkplatz gelegenem verschlossenen Abstellraum eingeschlossen, aber nicht angeschlossen werden. Wir erhielten dazu einen Schlüssel, logistisch mit drei Personen wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel für den Abstellraum wesentlich komfortabler. Die Distanz bis zum Badestrand lässt sich mit Rad gemütlich in 10 Minuten zurücklegen. Letzte Woche wurde mit dem Bau des nächsten, östlich unmittelbar angrenzenden App.-Hauses begonnen, also BAULÄRM mit in die Buchungs-Entscheidung einbeziehen!!! Und ich meine wirklichen Baulärm!!! Nur weil hier hauptsächlich Urlaub gemacht wird, werden offensichtlich noch lange keine Bauarbeiten unterbrochen oder Ruhezeiten berücksichtigt! Ab 06:00 geht es los mit Erdbaumaschinen, Stemmgerät, Ramme und so weiter - und da zurzeit gleich 3 unterschiedliche Baustellen unmittelbar östlich angrenzend bearbeitet werden, geht’s auch immer irgendwo bis 18:00 Uhr... schließlich soll das Ressort mit Marina ja auch irgendwann mal fertig sein 😉 Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist praktisch: Kleiner, spezialisierter Edeka mit Bäcker liegt am gleichen Parkplatz wie das App.-Haus. Unter der Berücksichtigung der Bauarbeiten war unser Mietpreis zu hoch, ich würde eher 120-130 €/ÜN für angemessen halten. Übrigens: Wenn das neue Nachbar-App.-Haus fertig ist, nützen einem die echt schönen bodentiefen Fenster nach Osten hin leider auch nichts mehr, echt schade 😔
