Welcome to Holiday Apartment 2.20, with its maritime charm. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is ideal for up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor, it is easily accessible by lift from your private underground parking space. 
From the partially covered, south-facing loggia—sheltered from the wind—you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the harbour entrance. In the living room, a 55-inch TV and a stereo Internet radio with CD and Bluetooth will keep you entertained.
Both stylish bedrooms (with 180 cm x 200 cm beds) offer ample storage space, direct access to the loggia, and a view of the water. Of course, both bedrooms are also equipped with TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), and dishwasher.
In addition to the closet with a full-length mirror, the practical storage room offers plenty of space for your luggage.
The bathroom is equipped with a towel warmer, shower, and toilet, and of course, a hair dryer is also provided.

The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped units. In the two- and three-room apartments, couples seeking relaxation will feel just as at home as families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: There, holidaymakers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee, right in the heart of the action on the water, or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and spacious living units.
The carefully coordinated colours of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment. Some apartments feature a private sauna. Each apartment comes with a parking space, either in the underground garage or outdoors. An lift provides convenient access to the apartments on the upper floors. An on-site reception desk ensures a stress-free arrival. The team is happy to address any questions or concerns guests may have and provide tips for a varied holiday experience in the region. A spacious bike storage room is available for active holidaymakers. Families and holidaymakers enjoying a longer stay at the Schleimündung particularly appreciate the option to use a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
