Welcome to this exclusive holiday apartment in the OstseeResort Olpenitz, just 20 meters from the water, directly on the banks of the Schlei fjord. The apartment spans two floors (first and second floors) and is furnished with select luxury Scandinavian-style furniture.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a welcoming atmosphere. The panoramic windows in the dining area, bedroom, and spacious bathroom offer breathtaking views of passing sailboats and the picturesque Schlei estuary.
The magnificent terrace provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the water. The living room's panoramic windows also offer stunning views of the surrounding area.
The fireplace adds a cozy touch to the living area and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
In addition, a second balcony offers views of the surrounding greenery.
On the top floor, you'll find the absolute highlight of this apartment: a spa-like bathroom featuring a whirlpool, rain shower, and a private Finnish glass sauna with a view of the water. Here you can perfectly unwind after an eventful day and leave everyday life behind.

Die Lage des Hausrs ist darum so besonders, weil es gleich vorn im Ressort in einer Sackgasse befindet; man muss nicht weit durch die engen Straßen fahren. Der rückwärtige Blick geht in Grünanlagen, also kein bewohntes Gegenüber. Der Weg zum Bäcker/Einkauf ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wasser und hat eine super Ausstattung. Ausflüge sind gut zu organisieren und das Badezimmer lädt zu einem Wellness Tag ein. Würden wieder kommen.

Top-Unterkunft

Wir hatten in der Unterkunft 6 Übernachtungen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an Wohlgefühl. Da das Wetter sehr durchwachsen war, kamen uns Sauna und Kamin sehr entgegen. Besonders haben wir die direkte Lage am Wasser genossen. Schon während des Frühstücks konnten wir den zahlreichen Wasservögeln auf der Schlei zusehen. Die Wohnung , insbesondere die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung, welche mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde und kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Besonders der Meerblick war fur uns ein Highlight. Kleine Abzüge da sich die Ortschaft noch im Bau befindet und wenig sehenswertes bietet und weil nicht genügend Klopapier vorhanden war und wir selbst welches nachkaufen mussten. *meckern auf hohem Niveau* Wir kommen gern wieder

Top Urlaub mit 2 Kindern

Das Haus war echt spitzenmäßig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Super schön für uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern! Die Aussicht auf die Schleimündung ist auch top. Bis zum Stand zu Fuß sind es allerdings dann doch schon etwa 20 Minuten. Und dem Resort fehlen auch noch ein paar Restaurants und Freizeitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Immerhin gibt es schon einen Edeka mit Kaffee und 2 Deko-Geschäfte in 1-2 Minuten Entfernung. Aber auch all das was sonst noch dazu gehört kommt jetzt nach und nach durch den derzeitigen Ausbau der Anlage insgesamt bis voraussichtlich 2022. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Luxusurlaub an der Ostsee

Wir hatten ein entspanntes Mädelswochenende in einer stilvollen Luxus-Maisonette-Wohnung mit Meerblick aus Küche, Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer und Sauna, einem Kamin, einer Regendusche und Whirlpool außerdem sehr gemütlichen Betten. 5 Sterne!

Traumhaftes Wochenende am Meer

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, langes Wochenende in diesem traumhaften Appartement direkt am Meer. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass man im Februar so tolle Ferien an der Ostsee haben kann. Das Appartement lässt wirklich kaum einen Wunsch offen: Das allerbeste ist natürlich der unverstellte Blick auf die Schleimündung! Von der Küche aus hat man das Gefühl komplett alleine und mitten in der Natur zu sein. Na und denselben Blick hat man während man in der Sauna sitzt. Es ist wirklich das erste Ferienhaus, in dem nicht irgendetwas fehlt, zB die Ausstattung der Küche – fast besser als zu Hause. Insgesamt ist es mit viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet, man merkt, dass die Besitzer hier auch gerne selber Urlaub machen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Die beiden großen Terrassen (besonders die zum Wasser) sensationell. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung chic. Die Sauna perfekt. Und ganz besonders zu erwähnen, das Haus war sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
