After entering the semi-detached house you will find yourself in the light-flooded living and dining area, which thanks to its floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offers a breathtaking view of the harbor and the loop. Through the panoramic windows you get to the spacious terraces, with a view over the sail and sports boat harbor, where you can relax, soak up the sun or invite to a cozy barbecue.

Cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

The rest area of this holiday apartment is on the second level. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a TV and a wonderful water view.

A new apartment in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany is waiting for its guests. Located in the charming Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea, "Meerhaus 18" will open its doors from February 2020 and warmly welcomes all of its guests who want to enjoy great vacation days with fresh sea air right by the sea.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage im Resort, ist top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - trotz des Schietwetters. Im Resort gibt es leider nur ein Restaurant - das war in der Nebensaison schon gut ausgebucht. Das wird im Sommer eng werden. Kappeln ist ein netter Ort in der Nähe, mit Auto oder Rad erreichbar. Wir sind viel gefahren - es war halt kein Strandwetter. Es fehlt im Resort noch etwas an Infrastruktur. Der vorhandene Edeka ist gut ausgestattet und ist auch am WE geöffnet. Die Wakeboardanlage in Damp ist zu empfehlen.
