Acceptable for an evening

The lobby was excellent and well maintained. The same is true for the restaurant for the inclusive breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful and the selection was great—salads, congee, toast, sausage, eggs, bread, buns, soups, etc. Regarding the living quarters, the room unfortunately requires a little work. I found a few stains on the bath towel and on the sheets—appears to be the stubborn kind that didn’t come out in the industrial wash. The carpet on the floor definitely requires cleaning. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were great. The washroom was excellent with hot water on demand and a super powerful shower head.

A decent hotel 10-min walk away from City Council MRT station and 15-min walk away from Liuhe Night Market - convenient spot for tourists. Just not much decent restaurants around the blocks from the hotel. Staff was nice and friendly.

We are Muslim family of 4 travelling first time in Kaoshiung. Hotel was recommended as Muslim friendly but food serve was vegetarian. Hotel room was clean and quite big. We only book for 1 night so can't really comment much.

Room was very dirty

1) The service were good, anything you tell them, they will have someone come to you or help you right away. 2) Breakfast was good, lots options. 3) A little bit far from the MRT station, it’s about 15 minutes walk. However, there’s a bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores. 4) The online pics of the hotel looked good, however, the room was disgusting and dirty. The carpet in the room looks like people had party before, a lot of stains. The water can drain out in the shower room, so I saw lots molds around the shower room tiles.

Staffs are efficient and helpful. Buffet breakfast is delicious.The only downside is the room Aircond ,which I don’t like. This is central Aircond, where they set temperature at 23c . My bed is under the blower, you will feel pretty cool after 2 to 3 hours in the room.Once you turn off the Aircond, the room become stuffy where there is no ventilation , and windows cannot open. There sd once turn off the Aircond, Aircond fan will on. However, nothing blow out, the Aircond itself totally turn off. So, the whole night I couldn’t sleep, it’s either too cool or too hot/ stuffy. The next day, I booked another hotel to sleep.

朝食は品数は普通だが、どれも美味しくない。 トイレットペーパーが最初からかなり少ない状態で、替えもなかった。次の日はほぼない状態なのに補充されなかった。 シャワーの圧は弱いし、コンディショナーがなかった。トータルでみても2つ星ホテル以下
