"We were lucky to receive a room upgraded. The junior suite was absolutely roomy, comfortable, clean and yet private. The staff were professional and courteous hence it’s Japanese essence. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices, including at the club lounge.
My only major concern at this point is that it seemed to have a glitch in their system for their reward program: I stayed at their property 8 months ago. Also dined at their Japanese restaurant where I was presented to join their “One Harmony” program, however my then stay (7 nights) and the expense for a dinner with my family at their Japanese restaurant were not counted in the membership that I had joined.
During this time of check-in, I brought up my concern on it, I simply was told that what’s in throats doesn’t count …. This is very strange to me. "
