タオルは洗濯していたが匂いがありました。朝食はバイキングではなく、部屋に運ばれました。エレベーターはありません（スーツケースは頼めば業務用で運んでくれる）。ダブルベッドの部屋はとても狭くて、机はありません。洗濯室は外階段のことで、家庭用洗濯機が一台です。時間がかかります。スタッフは親切でした。

整潔度OK!房間過小兩人各25"行李箱無法擺放,洗臉檯太高,衛生紙架根本無法抽取,適合短暫休息,因為連住兩天,房間壓迫感太重只有一張椅子另一人只能坐床,四千多一晚不算很好的體驗

位置交通便利，外出覓食方便，雖然這次有長者同行，不時都有問題需要協助，但飯店服務人員不厭其煩的提供五星級的貼心服務及協助，讓我們有一個美好的住宿感受，唯一小缺點就是廁所規劃設計不好，與房間上方空間相通，會造成氣味不好…

第三次入住,一切都很熟悉,房間一樣乾淨舒適 ,但隔音不是很好,走路聲講話聲聽得很清楚, 免費的vod電影看到飽是這間商旅的特點,只是早餐的選項似乎變得越來越少了,有點可惜 這次住宿得比較晚,但約莫9點多就被房務人員大聲地吵醒,所以沒能自然醒..

Disappointing experience; Oversold room!!! 超賣客房

麗馨商旅作業疏失超賣客房，導致無房可住；後來飯店人員協助升等至同集團經營的麗馨汽車旅館，並告知原本汽旅22:00才能入住，可幫我們提早至18:00（麗馨商旅是16:30即可入住）。前往麗馨汽旅，服務人員卻說要22:00才能入住，且又花了很多時間和麗馨商旅人員確認，十分折騰，導致我們浪費許多時間且行程延誤，雖最後麗馨汽旅讓我們於20:00入住且客房品質不錯，但這樣的行政效率及作業疏失仍讓消費者感到失望，故不推薦此集團的旅館。 Disappointing experience; the staff oversold their room then arranged us to a motel which is being operated by the same group of theirs, the low-efficient process waste our precious time and made us unpleasant although the room of the motel is not bad. Additionally the check-in time that be promised by the hotel just be denied by the motel. Overall I might not tend to book their room in the future. It is not recommended to choose this group's hotels/ motels.

能調整一切都會非常完美

整體都沒甚麼問題，但是網路相當不穩，常常連不上，我們住3樓的房間。 房間設計上，洗澡的水氣霧氣會直接跑到房間， 為何浴室和房間的設計上方的玻璃不隔開?? 或許房間空間真的很迷你。

跟上次入住到相同的房間，只是一進房聞到很重的煙味，後來擺了一台空氣清淨機有比較好，但還是令人不是很舒服，其他備品都很到位，清潔的算乾淨，床還是很舒適
