It was quite upsetting.. the pool area closed at 4pm . The check in is at 4pm, ok fine while check out is a 11am . So it is a rip off ..if the only reason i booked this hotel so i can swimming . Not worth it

在房間內不慎打破玻璃杯，房務人員協助清理時非常細心及親切，即使再過兩週就要熄燈，員工仍展現相當敬業的態度。 前後兩次入住都有很好的住宿體驗，可惜要結束營業了，令人難過。

出張で１泊

大きくてちょっと古いホテル。設備は少し古いけれど、清掃は行き届いていて衛生面の不満はなし。朝食はつけなかったので評価できない。時期の問題なんだろうけど、部屋が寒かった。たまたま日本語ができるスタッフが不在だったのだと思うけれど、チェックインもタクシー予約等々も全部英語でしたが、特に問題はありませんでした。

很糟的住宿體驗

很糟糕的住宿體驗，停車場前人員態度極差。 若真的沒車位就算了！ 後來停好車發現飯店地下停車根本一堆停車格，還自稱沒有車位把客人擋在飯店門口。 第二天房卡出問題沒法進房間、一進房看到房間沒整理，昨晚吃剩的食物罐子零食袋都沒收拾、垃圾一堆床鋪也沒鋪好。 真的很失望又無奈 即使飯店人員有致歉還是覺得很糟糕很受影響。

来年改築と聞いてましたので最初で最後ですが宿泊できてよかったです。 スタッフの方皆さん親切でした。ベッド、ソファはとても心地よかったです。 マイナス点はバスルームに少し髪がおちていたくらいです。 出発が早かったので朝ゆっくりできなかったのが残念です。

真的是五星級飯店的水準!

一點也看不出是老飯店,五星級的品質和服務,設備都維持得非常好,環境也非常清潔,所有服務人員都非常親切,且飯店也幫我們備好消毒鍋和併床,非常的貼心! 飯店里還貼心備贈小朋友的沐浴乳.洗髮乳.潤發乳~真的是非常優質又CP質非常高的五星級飯店唷!很可惜明年一月底要拆了~有去高雄的話一定會再次入住!(對面就是愛河,傍晚到晚上非常熱鬧和愜意^^)
