施設の古さは否めないが綺麗に維持されている。フロントスタッフがコンシェルジュ業務も兼任だが、スタッフの接客と手際が良いため、団体旅行が居ても待たされる事がなかった。コンビニも近くにあり、高雄で有名なクラブのLamp Discoも歩いていける。各観光場所に行くにも便利な立地。

服務一流的酒店

酒店大堂服務員很有禮貌，很貼心！我們住了三日兩夜，之後出發去澎湖幾天，但行李太重不能帶太多，退房後跟酒店說留下部份行李回來才取，行李部門説不能，因回來後不入住本酒店所以幫不了忙忙，我們非常㥬惶，好彩的是酒店大堂服務員很貼心幫我們保存行李代我們回來再取！所以每次到高雄我都首選這酒店！

15:20頃到着してチェックイン時に部屋の最終チェックに10分程待って下さいと言われた。それは問題ないのだか、その後放置されて案内すらされない。しばらくしたら勝手に部屋へ行けということだ。ジュニアスイートの客でさえこの対応です。 朝食会場も知らされませんでした。 肝心のジュニアスイートは角部屋で両側の窓から景色が見えるという触れ込みだったが、宿泊部屋は角に非常階段があるため、角部屋には違いないのだが、通常部屋を２つつなげただけの作りになっていた。部屋としてはジュニアスイートに変わりないのだろうが、窓は２部屋とも同じ側を向いているので残念でならない。 58%offだったので、条件の良い部屋に当たらなかったのかもしれない。
