Villa Krystallon West is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


Located on the south coast of the island of Crete, Villa Krystallon West offers amazing sea views, 4 bedrooms and a private swimming pool, just minutes away from the lively settlement of Palaiochora and the beach! The 140m2 property spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.


Krystallon Villas comprises two independent properties, Krystallon East and Krystallon West, set on the scenic hill of Panorama. The villas can be rented individually or together, making them perfect for larger families or groups travelling together. Each villa enjoys amphitheatrical, uninterrupted views over the Libyan Sea, the town of Paleochora, and the surrounding mountains. Krystallon Villas are eco-friendly villas as they are equipped with solar panels that produce clean energy from sunlight to meet much of the homes energy requirements.


The lively centre of Paleochora, with its charming tavernas, cafes, and bars, is just 1.2 km away and easily accessible on foot or by bike. The nearest beach, Pachia Ammos, is only 1.1 km away, inviting you to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and laid-back atmosphere of Cretes southern coast.

Ground Floor - Bright open-plan living room and kitchen
-Large sliding doors opening directly to the pool terrace, stunning sea views from the living area, comfortable corner sofa
-Fully equipped kitchen with handcrafted wooden furniture, breakfast island counter, ideal for self-catering meals
-Mobility-friendly level with ramp, stair lift, specially designed bathroom, one bedroom (1.60 x 2.00 bed) with private balcony, plus laundry room with washing machine & ironing facilities.


First Floor: Three bedrooms, including:
-A master suite with 1.70 x 2.00 bed, private sea-view balcony, en-suite bathroom and cosy attic with fold-out sofa bed;
-One bedroom with 1.80 x 2.00 bed (or twins) and sea-view balcony
-One bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 bed and a mountain-view balcony. Shared family bathroom with shower.
Comfort & Amenities: All bedrooms feature COCOMAT mattresses, 32 Smart TVs, open closets, individually controlled A/C, and COCOMAT linens, bathrobes & towels.


Outdoor Area
-Private fenced plot (490 m2) with breathtaking sea views.
-Private 33 m2 swimming pool (1.40 m deep) with ladder access, sunbeds, chaise longues, bean bags & poolside shower (pool heating available on request, extra charge).
-Outdoor dining area for 6 guests.
-Free public parking right outside the villa.
-Fully fenced with gated entrance for added security.


Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Amazing villa and hosts!!

This was our favorite place we stayed in Greece and Crete was the best island. This villa is located in a quaint village with excellent restaurants and beaches. Short drive from the gorge and pink sand beach excursions.hosts were wonderful. Property was spotless and well maintained. We will be back!!!
