"Arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the lovely Sean who chatted to us for a while before giving us our keys. We were already blown away by the property even before getting to our room. Our room was lovely and clean, with views of the patio and lake. My grandson was amazed at seeing such a great shower and he couldn't wait to try it out! The only problem we had was that the toilet seat kept loosening itself every time it was in use. I tightened it up many times but dudn't mention it to reception staff until the morning of our departure, owing to my grandson not wanting to be disturbed following his super long journey from Florida to Oklahoma and then onto Stoney Creek with us. All in all, we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. Although the bar did appetisers, the only meal we partook in was breakfast - the choices were varied and more than sufficient for our needs. Any queries we had were dealt with by the super friendly and helpful staff which was appreciated by us all."

"I had stayed there with my family over the weekend. And the house keeping is above and beyond. They had even adjusted my 5 year olds stuffed animals and toys to a cool arrangement. Very nice place to stay."

"Absolutely love this spot! Great service. Everyone is friendly and always cleaning but Julie really stood out. Everything was very clean.The restaurant was better then expected with great prices. Breakfast was good too. Overall, really happy with nothing bad to say. Would stay here again."

"We really loved our room and this is a beautiful casino! We didn’t mind that the food was mostly closed, as we had planned to go out for bbq! This was our last stop on a 9 day drive around from Minnesota to Colorado to New Mexico, to Kansas and KC MO and back to Minnesota. Could not have been happier with our stay unless we won gambling, which we did not!! Went to Jack Stacks at Freight House for dinner. Was amazing!! Beautiful room and experience. Thank you!"

"The property had an indoor pool that was pretty nice and the rooms were really nice and relaxing. If you just wanted to sleep and get away from your responsibilities for a couple of days, but the cleanliness of the place overall was like four out of 10, unfortunately and the microwave in my room didn’t work in the AC was broken."
