Please note that this is a private carriage house located on the same property as the owner's primary residence. The carriage house is a completely separate space with its own private entrance, and guests will have exclusive use of the accommodations during their stay.

The owners reside in the main house and may occasionally be seen coming and going from the property. However, they fully respect guests' privacy and will not access the carriage house or guest-designated areas during your stay.

If you have any questions or need assistance, the owners are nearby and happy to help while ensuring you have a comfortable and private experience.

You'll have a private driveway at our location, a quiet residential boulevard just around the corner from all the action.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



PETS:

No pets allowed. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
