This is your quiet sanctuary to relax and recharge after busy day traveling. Beautiful decor, comfy couches and new mattresses with freshly laundered linens, nicely stocked kitchen - everything you need for a great relaxing stay. Conveniently located in the heart of Overland Park, 30 mins from KC airport, 20 mins from downtown, Power & Light district or Convention Center. Great for business travelers, families or couples. Very affordable. Easy highway access (US69/ I-35)
The house has two levels. Two bedrooms, full bathroom , living space and the kitchen are located on upper level with another bedroom, living room, bathroom and garage located downstairs. Couches upstairs and downstairs can be transformed into a bed large enough for two. TVs don't have cable but we provide Netflix and Sling TV instead. Wi-Fi internet is provided. Kitchen has a toaster and a coffee maker. In the kitchen cabinets you can find cups, glasses, vine glasses, plates and utensils enough for 10 persons.
Please be aware that max occupancy of 10 assumes that people will share queen beds and sofa-beds.
Our process assumes no interaction with the hosts, i.e. self check-in/check-out, but we re text/phone call away if you have a question or concern.
Neighborhood overview: quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood very close to Overland Park City Hall complex.
Other things to note: please no pets. Please respect our neighbors - no loud music or noise or party after 10pm.

The stay was great! The host was great with communication and was very understanding. We had a small misunderstanding with the neighbor, but the host was very kind about it! The place had lots of room and enough for 8 people which we had. Some of the beds were firm and slightly uncomfortable, but not horrible at all. Would totally stay here again!

The location was great. The only negative I would say is the house could use a good deep clean. The baseboards were dirty and the hand soaps in all the bathrooms were all empty. The beds were comfortable. Whoever is in charge of the cleaning before guests arrive needs to be doing a better job.

Disappointed, that after asking if we would have access to the garage we found it full of stuff and our small vehicle could not fit. The ice maker did not work, bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Neighboring unit had vehicles coming and going at late hours. Unfortunately, would not recommend.

Duplex

Our family reserved both sides of the duplex for our Thanksgiving gathering with cousins. The kitchens were small, didn't have much silverware, and one side didn't have any kitchen towels. However, the owner was very responsive and provided more silverware and towels. The location is convenient for shopping, as well as a nice park nearby. We enjoyed our visit.

Much better than a hotel room for our family!

We are really thankful that we stayed in this condo. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were so much more room for our family of 5 than a typical hotel room. The living room is quite spacious with a very nice coffee/game table and a nice dining table. The whole place is updated and nicely decorated with soft sheets and attractive bedding. The kitchen has good dishes and kitchenware. Other families in our extended family group stayed in nearby units owned by the same owner. It was very convenient for all of us and made the family wedding weekend even more special. We highly recommend this unit and VRBO owner!

Lower level was cold but if temp was increased too warm on main floor. Info stated quiet time was at 1000 p but received call at approx 800 that we were too loud, tv was on and we were playing cards , yes we were loud but was not 1000 p Rooms were very clean

Great location, great space.

Everything about this property was as advertised. It's a great location, there was plenty of space, and the property was clean. My only issue was that the curtains in the main bed rooms are just sheets. They didn't keep the light out and they allowed the sweet kiddos next door to look inside. (They weren't a bother and they ran away when they saw me.) I'd recommend heavier curtains to make the place absolutely perfect.
