shower soap was empty, shower wasn't clean, stool had a loose seat, stool took too long to quit running when flushed, a bulb was out for one of the reading lights, sink did not drain well, hallways needed vacuuming and has stains near the elevator, coffee and breakfast wasn't ready till 7:00, gravy was cold

Enjoyed the outdoor-indoor pool and the hot tub. The hit tub has no thermometer. Room was very clean and felt very spacious as did the bathroom.There is a dog walking area and the lake and waterfall behind the hotel was picturesque. Asked if there was availability to check in early and the person in the phone said my room was ready. Upon arrival my room was not ready and the front desk worker didn't know anything about my early arrival and told me I was talking to a call center. My room was ready soon after I arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was excellent. The view from the patio to the pond was great. There was a walkable teail system in front of the patio that led around the pond and Bass Pro. Very relaxing.

Absolutely amazing! We are originally from the area and moved away but came up for a surprise bday party. My son loved the pool. The staff phenomenal. Sunday morning about 5am my son got sick in bed and they gave me a set of sheets i asked for but it went farther down so we decided to check out afterwards because he wasnt feeling well. I told the Absolutely lovely lady at the front desk what happened and she was very understanding and super sweet even offered my son a sprite. When i say its an amazing hotel with amazing staff i mean it!

Rebecca from the kitchen area welcomed us every time we stay at the hotel making feel very happy and welcome. We were very annoyed by the prople sleeping above us, they were making so much noise. They were running last night and this morning brfore 8am.

This isn’t the feel of the Stoney Creek we stayed at years ago. Same hotel m, same place but the smell in the lobby smell of dust. Unpleasant. I checked in and got to my room only to have maintenance in there. I had to walk all the way back so to the lobby to switch rooms. This place is getting old and falling apart. It’s definitely not worth the rate they charge! There’s are so many hotels around this area. Choose something else for a cheaper price, u will get the same kind of hotel. An overcrowded, smelly, old hotel!

Nice stay, nice place. Decor is dim and darker colors, room lighting a little dim, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it’s a nice quiet place. Special shout out to the morning dining staff. Rebecca and Sheryl were the most kind and friendly ladies I ever met in hotel services. Always checking on guests and making sure they were ok.

Joe, the late evening desk receptionist was AWESOME! He upgraded our room and even went so far as to giving us a token / coupon for a free drink! What a pro! Less I forget, beautiful lake astride the property to enjoy a magnificent breakfast -- staff working the breakfast were so nice and accommodating and deserve a shout out too!

I really don't liked this hotel, close to the highway and downtown KC as well as the stadiums. The only thing that I didn't like was the ice makers being on the 2nd and 4th floors.....the dumbest thing I've seen in a hotel, guess they ran out of $$ to put them on the 2st and 3rd floors as well

At first we were impressed as the property looked very nice when we arrived. Then when walking to our room we noticed how dirty the carpets were. The room smelled clean. There room was small and the bathroom was small. Which okay for the one night stay. There was something splattered on the wall of the room next to the bed, as if someone spilled a drink. Then we wanted to go swimming. The pool was cold and there were not any towels. We used the phone provided in the pool area to request more towels but kept getting put on hold. This went on for 15 minutes. I tried calling the front desk with my personal phone. Still no answer. My teen daughter went to the front desk and they gave her bath towels (but only three for a family of 6) and told her someone would be there to restock the pool towels. Nobody restocked the towels before we left the pool area.There was algae or mold on the pool floor. It was green and slimy. The bartender was cool and accommodating. He stayed open a little later for us to get a couple of beverages. The breakfast was awesome and many options to choose from. All in all we would stay again!
