Spacious 4-bedroom house in beautiful Kansas City

Enjoy the convenience of a central location in this spacious 4-bed, 3-bath home, perfect for your group's adventure. Just a 10-min walk to the streetcar and 2 stops away from the FIFA Fan Experience at Union Station. For game days, it is a quick 20-min drive to Arrowhead Stadium.

The home features 2 primary suites, a fully equipped kitchen, a private office, and a large patio with a gas grill. With off-street parking for 2 vehicles, your group will have everything it needs for a memorable stay.

The space
The main living room has a 65" TV and a large sectional couch. Across the hall there is another cozy seating room perfect for relaxing with a good book.

The dining room table has 4 chairs and a bench and can easily fit 6-8 people. The adjacent kitchen has a gas stove, double oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, and all the cookware needed to make a gourmet meal.

The back of the house has a secluded office with a desk for those who need to work or a quiet place to relax on the couch and watch TV.Just down the hall from the dining room is a full bath and a large bedroom with a king bed and TV.

Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with a queen bed, oversized chair & ottoman, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in steam shower.

The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids with plenty of space and bunkbeds. These can be converted to two twin beds on request.

The 4th cozy bedroom has a twin bed, desk and walk-in closet.

Down the hall from the bedrooms you'll find the 3rd full bath and the sunroom with washer and dryer.

The large driveway behind the house can fit 2 cars and has a basketball hoop. The treehouse in the fenced backyard is a perfect place for kids to play while you grill dinner.

Please note this is a 120 year old historic house. Although it does have many upgrades (kitchen, baths, plumbing, electrical), it does have original hardwood floors and doors. The floors will flex and creak is spots and some of the doors can be tricky to keep close. All doors will close and lock but please be gentle.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house except the basement and garage.

Entry is simple and secure with a personalized smart lock code.

Other things to note
We have a dog but he will not be present during your stay. The house will be thoroughly cleaned before your stay but there may still be some pet hair or dander present for those with allergies.
