Situated in the heart of Kansas City's Crossroads neighborhood, this unit spans the entire 3rd floor of a completely renovated 3 story historic brownstone. It's prime location provides you with countless experiences and restaurants within walking distance; P&L, Sprint Center, Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts and the light rail are at your fingertips.
The space: 1,000 sq. ft of fully renovated private space plus a 170 sq. ft. private balcony in the heart of Kansas City. New hardwood floors were installed throughout and the walls are painted dove white to create that much needed sense of calm during your stay.
Living Space: located between the bedrooms, the living space offers a large brown leather sectional sofa for ample seating to catch the last episode of your Netflix show on the 45" wall mounted Samsung Smart TV. Under foot is a handsome bear hide rug which is visible through the round glass coffee table with brass accents.
Kitchen: The fully appointed kitchen has a full size refrigerator and is stocked with our favorite local coffee from The Roasterie for the Kuerig. Also, you can't miss the clever "Spilled Milk" barbie poster framed on the wall.
King Bedroom with ensuite: "the Elephant" named after its lamps, is a large bedroom featuring a deep brown upholstered king bed frame with crisp white linens and duvet cover and shams and wall mounted 43" flat screen Samsung Smart TV. In the bathroom, expect white subway tiles in the shower with dark oil rubbed bronze hardware and a rustic latter for hanging towels. We provide you with shampoo, conditioner and soap.

For larger groups, and/or additional space, this unit can be combined with the 2nd floor unit for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Guest access This space is ideally located for walking. The street car is less than 10 minute walk. We have 2 private parking spaces designated for this unit as well. Other things to note We took additional COVID precautions and installed an iWave air purifier in the HVAC system to clean the air in the space.
Kansas City is vibrant, expect to hear typical bustling city sounds!

Taylor was an outstanding host when we stayed at his lovely apartment in the Crossroads in KC. His directions were amazing. The parking was appreciated, and the location couldn't have been better for us. The apartment itself was fantastic, and we were very comfortable. We used the living room to hang out and the deck was wonderful for sitting outside, eating dinner, and taking in the city view. Thanks Taylor!
Good location, host is responsive, clean, beds are comfortable and towels are soft. Free parking included. Noisy outside (ambulances, trains, drag racing) but they provide earplugs. Missing some kitchen basics but host brought by what we needed in a timely manner. It’s a 3rd floor unit and stair access only so not great if you have mobility issues.
We loved our stay while visiting for a concert! This 3rd floor house was fantastic and very clean. Check in was a breeze! The balcony was spacious and offered nice views. The only drawback is the noise! While it’s mentioned in the listing that KC is vibrant and that you should expect to hear typical bustling city sounds, it’s actually very noisy with speeding and souped up sports cars and trucks blaring their stereos and engines until the early hours in the morning. If you are a light sleeper this could be a nuisance for you. Overall though the place was great and we all agreed we would stay here again!
Excellent location, right down town. Within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Easy access to the interstate to get around KC. Town topic is a restaurant open 24 hours right across the street. Check in/check out was really easy, basically everything is taken care of. Would highly recommend!
