    My condo is located in west plaza which is about 3 blocks from the Plaza. This is a great time of year to stroll about the plaza and get some shopping in.

    Only minutes to the 39th street shopping district and Wesport
    5 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
    10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
    10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
    20 minutes Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
    We are only minutes from Sun Fresh, Midtown Market, Whole Foods and Walmart grocery stores.
    2-3 minute drive to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

    Welcome to this cozy one-bedroom unit located on the third floor of a quiet building. The space can be accessed by three short flights of stairs from the front or just one flight from the back entrance.

    Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a 50-inch TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bedroom features a plush queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower (no tub), and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

    Step outside to your private patio—an ideal spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

    Parking is easy and convenient, with one assigned parking spot in the lot and plenty of free street parking directly in front of the building. Please note that only one parking spot is assigned to the unit. Vehicles parked in any other spot in the lot may be towed, so please use only the designated space or free street parking during your stay.

    Driving is the best way to get around. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well

    Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
    Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

    No parties or gatherings.
    The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

I did not notice anything in the listing that told me the unit was on the third floor. There are two sets of stairs. The one in the front is two flights. The one in the rear is only one flight and near the reserved parking space. We never used the front stairs. The rear stairs smelled of mould and the carpet on the steps were very tattered. They were so tattered that they may have been a trip hazard. The shower stall floor was very slick, and the sidewalls were cracked and uneven.The building is an older building probably from the post WW2 era. Lance was prompt with his responses and allowed us to enter early. The kitchen was very nice, but we did not have occasion to use it. We also enjoyed the balcony when it was cool enough to use it. The location was perfect for our visit.
