Showers are the slickest. A fall injury occurred and they did not know how to file a report. I asked and emailed to file a report just in case it turned out to be more serious. No one has contacted us after 5 days so they deserve the bad review. Ignoring the problem is not corporate responsibility. Get some rubber mats.

Poor room service , took towels but didn’t leave clean ones. Room had full refrigerator glass top stove microwave and coffee maker. Had a hair dryer and builted in body wash shampoo and conditioner. Also a bar of facial soap.carpet was new or near new.

We always try and stay at My Place when we can. I love the full sized refrigerator. We travel with family for out of town softball tournaments - it's great to be able to bring our own food and beverages and keep them cold. The ice maker is also a plus!

Great property, location...you name it, this spot likely has it (convenience store type amenities by front desk!) or will tell you how to get whatcha need. Great folks on staff, the ones I met at least. Hoping to setup a long term stay there in a couple of weeks!

Nice set up in a quiet area with a couple restaurants. I have a dog and the pet friendly room we got was quite aggressive on the nose. The guy up front offered to switch my room but I felt bad dirtying another room. He got me some Febreeze and that helped with the window open.

Clean building, room, & surrounding property. The staff was welcoming, polite & helpful. The room had had a kitchenette in it, which we did not use, but was pleasantly surprised that it was included. If or when we returned, it is something we would take advantage of. The room also had a full size refrigerator/freezer, which is very nice. The hotel location has plenty of food/ restaurants near bye and is located just off interstate 70, easy on/ off access

Had an issue with the toilet, which the staff worked quickly to put us in another room. Second room, the door secured but looked like it had been damaged at some point as there was a noticeable gap between the door and frame. Door secured and I didn't seek a room change. The staff were all very friendly and resolved our issue.

The room door was broken and would not open with the key. After 3 trips to front desk, the lady came up and opened the door and said just don't leave the room. I asked for a different room, and the only option she provided was not to leave our room!!!!

The staff was very friendly. I was pleased when I arrived at 2 and was told I could check in. However the room had not been cleaned and the front desk was quick to bring another room key it was fine. The next evening I came back arms full with my purse, dinner, another bag & my oxygen to find out my key didn’t work. I left the bag & dinner at my door & had to go to the desk get another key. I was really liked having the microwave fridge with ice maker
