  • Come relax in this new, modern, spacious and sleek home just south of Kansas City. With a close proximity to all highways, you can easily get anywhere in the metro in about 20 minutes. With a fully stocked interior, full amenities and comfortable beds, you can make yourself feel right at home. Enjoy the outdoor patio, backyard and bbq grill and feel safe in this family neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private driveway. This property is equipped with an exterior only security camera for safety purposes.

    After booking, guests are required to complete a renter’s agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This is required for all guests without exception.
