  • This 2 bedroom midtown apartment provides both a great downtown location and quiet and comfortable space. with 1000sf of space, it's perfect for families visiting the city. One dedicated parking space in the garage, along with Wifi, Netflix, washer/dryer, Cookware & utensils are all provided. Please reach out with any questions. This apartment is also 1 block from the famous uptown theater; making it very convenient for concertgoers.

    We require renters to be 21 years old or older.
    - Breaking any house rules results is a $500 fine and immediate booking termination
    - Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm
    - Keys/ key fob must be returned (replacement costs are $100 per key fob and $70 to re-key the locks)
    - No Smoking
    - No Parties
    -Pets are NOT allowed
    - Paid Parking
