Great Location!

Our stay was fantastic. Property was conveniently located to street car, bars, restaurants, riverfront. The apartment was perfect for two couples with bedroom en-suite on each side of the open living area. Property owner was most gracious and easy to contact. Would definitely book again on next trip to KC!

Perfect location for all things KC.

We came for Spring Break and we’re looking for a place centrally located, this is the spot! The tram is right outside the building, parking in the secured lot was so easy, and you can walk to basically everything. The front desk security were just the nicest, friendliest, and helpful people. The apartment had pretty views of the city and a roof deck to hangout on. Super clean and plenty of space for our family. We played pool and enjoyed the lounge. The host was responsive and easily accessible. No problems with the stay, would absolutely stay again!!

Downtown KC

Location was terrific for our conference at the convention center. Uber made it easy to get around town. Property owner/management was responsive and helpful. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Kansas City Vaca

The condo was perfect for two couples on a long weekend. Spotlessly clean! It is right on the free tram line which makes getting around a breeze. VRBO communication did not always work but our host worked around it and we were great. Thank you for making our stay special!

Great appartment perfectly located

The Appartment is quite big with a lovely view of downtown Kansas city, the quality of the furnitures is great, Bathrooms are very nice too!!! Beds are very confortable. The access to the appartment from the garage is very easy . We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year for sure!!! Thanks again Francis for your availability!!!

Great location, wonderful stay

We loved the apartment and location. We used the street car all weekend which was so convenient. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated with great security in the building. I enjoyed the outdoor patio on the roof too. Check in process was a little difficult as the garage didn’t want to open for us several times. We met several others having problems too but it worked out and was a small hi cough overall😀. Will definitely stay there again

Location Location Location

We wanted the downtown feel without the traffic nightmares. This location did not disappoint. Located next to the downtown train, it was remarkably easy (and free) to take the train to the popular destinations in the downtown area. The apartment was very clean and very stylish in design. Nice views of the surrounding buildings. Very relaxing. Excellent communication from the owner. Check in process seems a little tricky, but is actually very easy if you pay attention to instructions. Would definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving Trip

All is good with this property except for the check-in process. We came in after dark and it was a big mistake. Hopefully the property mgmt updates the procedure so the instructions are inline with the signs and the direction of security officers. It was a nightmare but we got in. After that, everything was smooth and the place is nice to stay in. We enjoyed our time and would come back to stay. We love KC and nice to have a clean place to crash!

Spring Break

I went to KC for spring break with another teacher friend. We both felt the apartment was simply perfect for our needs. We are already looking at dates to go back. The street car access from the building is so very convenient. The gym in the building is spacious with modern equipment. Highly recommend!

Hip and cool downtown rental

Overall - the rental was great. We were in Kansas City on business. The hotels were pricey that week for whatever reason and me and a colleague decided to give a VRBO a shot. This place was great because it had 2 bedrooms and baths, each was located on opposite sides of the condo so we had some privacy. It has a modern, minimalist feel but was cozy. The check in process is a little tricky (we felt let we were doing an escape room) but the property management did provide detailed instructions... you just have to make sure to follow them. We got in ok. If you're looking for a downtown place, I'd recommend staying here.

Amazing KC Vacation

Our stay at this location, located just minutes from the great food and drink in the Power and Light district was amazing. Everything you needed was within a few minutes walk. It looked just as the pictures. It was spacious and very modern. The beds were very comfortable and led to great sleeps. Communication with the host was very good, quick and accurate. The security at the building was also very friendly and kind. They loved to chat and give some tips for those new to the city! The only minor deduction from the review comes with the cleanliness. Overall, the apartment was very clean, but the floors were a little sticky and could have been given an additional cleaning. Overall, we are very likely to book this apartment again when we return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay in KC!

Never been to KC, so this is great location. Walking distance to what’s needed. Short uber to the best restaurants. Make sure to shop for things you’ll need before you go there, including bar soap. Clean place and would stay there again.
