"Clean room (a bit shabby—worn furniture) and AC was not working properly on arrival and door knob/handle was broken off the door in bathroom. Once reported fixed in a timely manner but was a hot night in the room due to poor AC."

"Room was clean, and the staff was very nice. But, be prepared to pay a 100 dollar deposit when you get and if you booked online it doesn't mention anything about a deposit. Centrally location minutes away from downtown and the Plaza. Check out the restaurant along Troost called The Combine very good food"

"We don’t gamble, so the casino isn’t a plus for us. We were charged an extra amount which we were told we could use at the casino or for dining. We forgot to have it applied to our dinner and the casino people thought we were nuts saying we had credit to use. Must have been some miscommunication all around, but whatever happened, I felt a bit cheated when I saw we were billed for the “credit.”"
