As far as Breakfast, all Four Points by Sheraton charge for breakfast. We serve a full hot buffet each morning, including eggs cooked to order, omelets, and breakfast sandwiches made to order. Jim,I want to thank you again for your recent visit, I know my team had reached a couple of times with apologies in your numerous reviews, and they were met with insults. It is unfortunate you did not notify us about your AC issues so we could have had the opportunity to walk you thru how the units if you were having trouble operating it. Our desk agent was correct that unfortunately we are not able to refund third party reservations such as yours on site and if we weren't notified of your AC unit not operating we didn't have the opportunity to try to solve the issue.
